Clothing.
As it is winter in Argentina in August, although not as cold as in Russia, more like fall, you will need to bring jackets and sweaters. Also it is necessary to take something warm, as the humidity in the city is quite high and the temperature feels different. In Puerto Iguazu it is warm all year round, so I suggest considering the following items when packing your suitcase if you are going to participate in all the activities: a swimsuit, a light jacket for the evening for a tour to the waterfalls, comfortable clothes for walking, something that can protect you from the sun, insects, rain, and of course, outfits and shoes for going to milongas, although we will definitely have some time for shopping.
Medication.
Buenos Aires is in a different time and climate zone. Also, adaptation to foreign food and active, including nighttime, time-spending is different for everyone. Therefore, I recommend you to bring some medicine suitable for you to take care of your sleep and general well-being. In any case, all medicines or their analogs can be found in local pharmacies.
Electronics.
The first thing to consider is non-standard wall outlets. Take with you one universal adapter. The days will be busy, so a power bank is a good thing to have. I'll be always happy to help you find and buy one. But I don't really think that you, taking part in our intensive program and having a lot of new impressions, will need many gadgets, because a two-week internet detox and an immersion into a new culture sounds cool, doesn’t it? And don’t forget that we will be in Latin America, so I would leave expensive electronics at home.
